The Challenge
Hiring teams often rely on inconsistent interviews, scattered notes, and subjective impressions. Hiringflow needed to turn that process into a clear system without making interviewers feel constrained.
The product had to support the full hiring loop: define the vacancy, build the interview process, guide the live conversation, capture ratings and notes, and make candidate comparison easier after each stage.
Our Approach
We shaped the product around vacancies, interviews, steps, skills, notes, and ratings so teams could evaluate candidates against a consistent process instead of relying on loose conversation.
The interface guides hiring teams from defining a role, to building interview stages, to moving candidates through the pipeline and running focused interview sessions.
We designed and implemented the web app, API, data model, authentication, billing foundations, file handling, notifications, and operational integrations needed to run the platform.
The Outcome
The final product brings the hiring process into one flow: teams define vacancies, choose or customize interview templates, move candidates through each stage, run guided sessions, and review scorecards that make the evaluation easier to compare.
